B.E.A.M.S. is a client animation for Morgridge Institute visualizing a beam-based metal additive manufacturing concept. The piece explains how controlled energy beams can be directed into metal material to build a part layer by layer, translating an abstract research system into a readable sequence of material, beam path, heat, and finished form. The animation was developed to communicate the promise of high-speed, precisely controlled metal printing without relying on specialized engineering diagrams.
